Returns Policy

• Commitment to Quality:

  • We are dedicated to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a product exchange for new and unopened normal priced product(s) returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Return & Exchange Confirmation:

  • Please contact us for confirmation of return and exchange via email: iwynlifestyle@gmail.com.

• Exchange Conditions:

  • New and unopened normal priced products may be exchanged with an original receipt/invoice or mail order packing invoice once you have contacted us and received approval.
  • Products can be exchanged once.
  • Products sold are non-refundable, but we will gladly exchange the product with another of equal or greater value.

• Shipping & Handling:

  • All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Products should be returned in their original brand-new condition via the sender’s preferred delivery mode.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with parcel tracking to prevent damages.

• Processing Time:

  • Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your product for your request to be processed.
  • You will be contacted once your return is completed.

• Missing Items:

  • In the rare circumstance that a product is missing from your order, please report it to us on the day of delivery, and we will assist.

• Final Decision:

  • IWYN Lifestyle Enterprise reserves the right to make the final decision if the returned product is in unsatisfactory condition or if the above terms are not met.
