Shipping and Delivery Terms

• Shipping Timeline:

  • Items will be couriered via Standard Shipping service within 5-7 business days for West Malaysia.
  • Delivery timeline excludes weekends and Public Holidays.
  • During the Holiday period, please allow an additional 3 working days.

• Delivery Schedule:

  • Orders will be couriered between 9 am – 5 pm from Monday to Friday.
  • Half-day deliveries on Saturday.
  • Delivery to street addresses in Malaysia only (PO Box addresses are not accepted).

• Order Signing:

  • You will need to sign for your order upon delivery.
  • If unavailable, the item will be re-couriered the next day.
  • Contact the assigned logistics company with your tracking number to arrange for redelivery.
  • If three delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to us, and redelivery will be at the customer’s expense.

• Responsibility:

  • IWYN Lifestyle Enterprise is not responsible for orders signed by someone other than the designated recipient.

• Damaged Items:

  • If items are damaged upon delivery, please contact us on the same day with supporting evidence and your Invoice number.
  • Reimbursement is subject to the courier company’s discretion.

• Missing Items:

  • If a product is missing from your order, please contact us on the day of delivery, and we will assist.

• Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders made after 1 pm on Friday and on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
  • All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

• Liability:

  • While we strive for timely delivery, IWYN Lifestyle Enterprise is not liable for any loss or damage due to delays caused by the carrier or events out of our reasonable control (e.g., incorrect delivery address).

Standard Delivery Charges

• West Malaysia:

  • Shipping charge: RM9
  • Free shipping for purchases of RM150 & above

• East Malaysia:

  • Shipping charge: RM15
  • Free shipping for purchases of RM200 & above

• Singapore:

  • Shipping charge: RM59 (1kg)
  • Free shipping for purchases of RM1035 & above
